§ 6-30. Cruel treatment of animals prohibited.

(a)

No person shall willfully place within reach of any domestic animals any substance that is poisonous or harmful to the animal.

(b)

No person shall willfully and unjustifiably kill or injure any domestic animal other than livestock maintained for food purposes.
